Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. You'll be working in the fast‑paced, always evolving construction industry, where you will be constantly challenged and given the opportunity to make a big impact. This permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity for those with a passion for problem‑solving and a keen interest in the HVAC sector.
Duties and Responsibilities As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for both commercial and residential customers. This includes air conditioning systems, chillers, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency.
Performing routineുണ്ട് maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical wiring.
Responding to emergency call‑outs, quickly identifying the problem and implementing a suitable solution.
Providing technical support and advice to customers, explaining complex HVAC issues in a clear, understandable manner.
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and adher Cristian to health and safety regulations.
Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues encountered.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
A thorough understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and chillers is essential.
Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing mechanical faults.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear, non‑technical manner.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
HVAC certification is preferred but not essential.
