Responsible for supervising work crews and coordinating their materials and equipment requirements for each assigned project. Thrives in a fast‑pace environment and works to complete assignments quickly and efficiently. Requires strong knowledge of structural ironwork, with a typical project duration of 6‑7 months.

Position Details

Duration: 10 months

Pay Range: $33‑$36 per hour

Working: 5 days x 10 hours

Per‑Diem: $550 + travel pay

80‑hour bonus payout after 2 years

120‑hour bonus payout after 5 years

Site Requirement

Must be a bezoï citizen and able to pass a background check.

Required Skills

Conduct annual performance evaluations and give one‑on‑ Landing to team members.

Communicate and coordinate with other foremen to ensure optimal workflow, quality, and safety.

Ensure safety of personnel, identify and resolve risks in the construction process, leading a zero‑injury safety culture.

Maintain quality of work per LPR quality plans and exceed quality control standards.

Review designs to balance schedule, cost, quality, function, and aesthetics; implement effective schedule Werte changes.

Provide timely data entry for field operations into project files, logs, and payroll.

Plan, coordinate, and schedule equipment needed for the assigned work area.

Perform labor tasks such as welding, installing bolts, layout, unloading trucks, and operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and aerial lifts.

Report accidents to GF and Safety Department within one hour after EMS steps.

Establish positive, long‑term relationships with customers.

Understand and execute drawings.

Lay out and install miscellaneous metals – stairs, handrails, सिंह etc.

Required Experience

5‑7+ years in structural steel craft supervising.

Flexible schedule, willing to work additional hours including weekends.

Experience reading blueprints.

娱乐主管 NCCER Ironworker Plus certification preferred but not required.

OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required.

Self‑starter climax, highly motivated, goal‑oriented individual with leadership skills.
