Within the past 8 year we have expanded out of Florida as Tristate Financial Advisors in the Philadelphia, Charlotte, Nashville, and DC Metro area, Georgia Financial Advisors in Atlanta and Savannah, Texas Financial Advisors in Dallas, Houston and Austin, Four Corners Financial Advisors in Las Vegas and Phoenix and New England Financial Advisors in Providence, RI.

As we continue to expand, we are looking to grow our recruiting team and enjoy the benefits of FFA's growth. If you have strong communication skills, and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think 'outside-the-box' and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Hours: 40/week

Location: 6550 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33634

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies for multiple offices

Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies

Plan and implement a Recruiting Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions

Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress

Coordinate with the executive team
