Overview The Recruiting Coordinator is critical to helping us attract top talent and grow our business. Through superior candidate communication and well-organized management of our talent acquisition practices, s/he will elevate our candidate experience and position our firm to reach our goals for growth.
Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates through various approaches (i.e. job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, etc.)
Managing candidate profiles in our CRM (SmartOffice) and candidate portal
Consistently communicating with candidates and prospective candidates
Collecting feedback after candidate meetings
Assigning, collecting, and distributing candidate assessment exercises and results
Assisting with candidate follow up after career fairs and recruiting events
Partnering with agency leaders to execute recruiting strategy and goals
Identifying opportunities for improvement in the candidate experience

Qualifications
At least 2 years of recruiting experience in the financial advisory space
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
