The Corporate Controller plays a key role in leading and managing all aspects of the company’s accounting processes, systems, and personnel. The role oversees general ledger accounting, revenue, accounts payable, cash, payroll operations, prepares financial projections, evaluates risk, ensures compliance with GAAP, integrates acquired businesses’ accounting, publishes financial statements, analyzes data, monitors expenditures, coordinates audits, and maintains accuracy of financial information.
Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned accounting leader with strong analytical skills, exceptional problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for numbers. The ideal candidate is organized, self‑motivated, proactive, and has excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain the organization’s accounting processes, practices, procedures, and initiatives including general ledger accounting, chart of accounts maintenance, and account reconciliation and analysis.
Manage the company’s accounting functions (revenue, AR, AP, general ledger, expense management, payroll), personnel, and systems.
Lead month‑and‑year‑end close processes and deliver timely financial reporting to management, board, investors, and financial sponsors.
Serve as company’s point person for the annual financial audit, coordinating internal resources, liaising with external auditors, and reviewing financial statements and footnote disclosures.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, guidelines, policies, and procedures that protect assets, promote consistency, and人人 ensure GAAP compliance.
Partner with HR to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Build and lead an accounting team that thrives on trust and productivity.
Lead integration of acquired businesses’ financial reporting, systems, processes, and personnel.
Collaborate with the CFO on decisions related to the accounting team, set strategic goals, advise leadership on complex accounting issues, and keep abreast들과 technical accounting developments.
Support monthly financial reporting, ensuring timूटिité and accuracy in consolidated results.
Collaborate with the CFO and FP&A team to support annual budgets and forecasts.
Maintain accounting, financial reporting, controls, and information systems to safeguard records and authorizations.
Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish and enforce financial controls.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technical accounting developments.

Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Excel.

Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience in private and/or public accounting, preferably with an MSP or technology company featuring recurring revenue and professional services.
Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP software highly preferred.
