What You Will Do
Welcome customers to the store and transition them from sales to finance during the vehicle purchase process.
Work directly with employees and customers to developulandary relationships.
Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process.
Present a fully transparent pricing menu that details financing options and products.
Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build a referral base.
Set and achieve targeted sales goals while maintaining a superior product knowledge to assist customers.
Ensure all administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and to achieve target sales goals.
Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and communicative.
Experience in automotive sales preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
Experience with and willingness to learn automotive technology.
