Responsibilities Ensures world‑class service is providedarrant to every guest. Must be pleasant and welcoming to all guests. Must become familiar with all aspects of the Experience, including company history and facility layout. Ensures that all area‑specific tasks are completed. Performs all duties in compliance with all corporate and regulatory quality, GLP, and safety regulations. Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety & Quality. Demonstrates the ability to engage work in department and cross‑functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer. Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work a rotating schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Be accountable فعال to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles. Perform all duties within the established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements. Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety & Quality. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4‑8+ hours. The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job‑related tasks. Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job‑related tasks. The employee must be able to inspect all job‑related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment. Must be able to operate all job‑related equipment (powered, hand or office) as required. Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus. Ability to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular or occasional basis.
