Summer Seasonal Counselor – Summer Camp 2026
Responsible for supervising a group of children and planning activities such as games, tournaments, special events, arts and crafts. Also responsible for the safety of the children.
Summer Camp 2026 dates are to be determined, tentatively June‑August 2026.
Days will be Monday‑Friday, any time between 7 AM and 6 PM.
High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of college preferred; if still in high school, must be a graduating senior. Must have experience working with children or teens and basic knowledge of recreational activities.
Background requirements including a fingerprint and drug screening will be shared during the onboarding process. More information about the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse can be found at https://info.flclearinghouse.com/.
Consistent availability is key; any time off requests must be shared early and are subject to approval.
Organize and supervise games, sports, group activities, arts and crafts, and special activities.
Teach fair Նրանք and sportsmanship.
Administer first aid.
Promote safety.
