Position Summary Thales is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Partner to provide outstanding human resources support services to managers, while shaping employee engagement and supporting a positive, productive experience throughout their careers.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Act as a key partner for the business and HR Business Partners, advising on employee and manager queries.
Conduct regular manager outreach sessions, providing proactive support on HR policy interpretation, coaching, education, training, performance management, improvement plans, compensation queries, and more.
Conduct voluntary employee exit interviews, gather information, disseminate results, and ensure proper exit procedures are followed.
Use employment legislation knowledge to resolve employee relations issues, handle disputes, escalated disability cases, harassment allegations, and investigations.
Deliver and support HR programs, activities, policies, procedures, and compliance—including Employee Relations, Onboarding, Leave of Absence coordination, documentation harmonization, HR Agent & Workday inquiries, SharePoint, Sphere content.
Collaborate with HR Shared Services teams to deliver and implement HR projects (campaigns, change activities, system implementations).
Provide implementation support for change programs and initiatives (Group Initiatives, COE‑led projects, strategic HR‑led projects).
Support the Employee Relations Team and broader HR organization with day‑to‑day compliance of policies and legal case queries.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Employee Relations experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years, or an equivalent combination.
Knowledge of U.S. employment standards and practices.
Prior HR experience in a large, complex multinational enterprise.
Experience interacting and presenting to all levels and influencing outcomes.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially.
Action‑oriented with high accountability, sound judgment, decision‑making, and prioritization skills.
Ability to collaborate with HRBPs, specialized units, and internal customers while providing proactive customer service.
The ideal candidate will hold a Certified Human Resources Professional designation and be a certified training facilitator or have experience delivering training and presentations in a professional setting. Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.

Special Position Requirements
Schedule: Core Business Hours Monday‑Friday.
Physical Environment: Hybrid work with at least three (3) days in the office each week.
Travel: Estimated less than 10% annually; domestic and international travel possible.

Compensation and Benefits Reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and variable compensation target, is between USD 81,674.25 and USD 149,433.50 annually.
