HR Administrator
with a strong focus on Recruiting to join our Human Resources team. This role provides essential support to the recruiting functions while also assisting with core HR administrative responsibilities. The HR Administrator plays a key role in delivering a positive candidate and employee experience and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience supporting recruiting and HR operations. Experience working with applicant tracking systems, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records is highly preferred but not required. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, supporting a fast-paced hiring environment, and contributing to a growing organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Documentation, Verification & Coordination
Verify all necessary pre-employment and personal documents (ID, work authorization, certifications, educational records, etc.). Communicate and coordinate with Candidates and Recruiters to ensure timely processing of all documentation and screening requirements. Maintain accurate candidate documentation and work with HR to ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Serve as a key member for communications regarding candidates (Hiring Managers, Recruiters, & HR) to ensure a smooth hiring process. Contact professional references for employment verification and document all responses accurately and timely. Notify Hiring Managers, Recruiters and HR of any concerns that come up during the hiring process. Ensure timely processing of MVR checks, background screenings, and other employment verifications. Process & Collaboration
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular progress updates to the hiring managers, HR leadership and Recruiters. Provide support and coverage for recruiters during their time off. Assist in improving recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives and uphold company values. Build trust and strong relationships with a wide array of people, from potential new talent to senior leadership. Obtain approvals from HR/Hiring Managers and submit and track Job Offers. General HR Assistance
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and mail and correspondence. Assist with Benefits Administration as requested. Assist with Payroll Processing as requested. Address employee concerns and questions related to HR policies. Manage and maintain records, files, and databases. Additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the company and HR Team. BENEFITS
