Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate

Wichita, KS
Schedule:
Three 12‑hour shifts per week

$15,000.00

Responsibilities
Assure implementation of assessment plans in collaboration with physicians and preceptors.
Initiate ongoing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational”, and functional needs.
Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans, including diagnoses, orders, interventions, goals, and discharge planning.
Participate as productive member of the interdisciplinary team to set rehabilitation goals.
Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and timely.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
Valid state RN license required.
BLS required at hire.
Flexibility for scheduling across program requirements.
