Base pay range: $33.99/hr – $41.20/hr • LPN: $33.99/hr • RN: $41.20/hr Summary
In need of a LPN or RN who will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Benefits

Direct the day‑to‑day functions of the nursing assistants; plan shift services, make written & oral reports, admit, transfer, and discharge residents, and lead nursing staff. Complete & file required record‑keeping forms/charts at admission, transfer, and discharge; transcribe telephone orders from physicians; chart nurse’s notes; file accident/incident reports and follow charting policies. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician. Develop & maintain good rapport with inter‑departmental personnel; create a warm, positive, calm environment; deliver nursing reports at shift start and end; make rounds with physicians as needed. Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feedings, suction, dressing changes, colostomy care, blood draws, massages, and range‑of‑motion exercises. Monitor personnel to ensure adherence to safety regulations regarding equipment and supplies. Maintain confidentiality of resident care information, report suspected disclosure incidents, and ensure privacy by knocking before entering rooms. Provide IV and IV site care as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure. Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Must be knowledgeable of nursing & medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing care facilities. Current CPR certification is required. Experience in long‑term care is preferred. Physical Demands
Be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Be able to cope with the mental & emotional stress of the position. Meet general health requirements including a medical & physical examination. Be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a height of 5 feet and carry that weight a minimum distance of 50 feet. Assist in evacuation of residents during emergency situations as necessary. Seniority Level
