RN Ambulatory Team Lead - OB/GYN

You will lead the OB/GYN ambulatory team, coordinating daily operations, work flows, delivery of care and caregiver education. You will act as a patient liaison, schedule diagnostic testing, and ensure smooth transitions for patients in critical situations.
Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings. Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned employees and patients to ensure quality and safe care. Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues in the specified clinical area. Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives. Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of assigned caregivers. Assist in the preparation of the department‑specific education for patients and colleagues. Participate in qualityあります initiatives, process improvement and research smooth to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN program). Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross. Two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN). Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience. OB/GYN nursing experience. Office experience. Physical Requirements
Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye‑hand coordination. Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range. favorites> May require some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids. Light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly. Personal Protective Equipment
Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $31.50 • Maximum hourly: $49.90. The pay range reflects anticipated range for new hires and does not include shift differentials, overtime or the Cleveland Clinic benefits package. ఐ Other Details
