Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Nursing Supervisor
Location: Richmond Heights, MO
Schedule: Full‑time Day 6:45 am–7:15 pm
Compensation: $40–$57 per hour (based on years of experience) plus shift differentials ($4 night, $2 weekend)
Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000
Overview: Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas.

Responsibilities:
Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource and consultant.
Provide and oversee nursing care, implementing hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
Maintain approved patient‑care standards and collaborate with appropriate personnel for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing OfficerChord.
Help patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Instruct and counsel patients and families.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid State RN license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
ACLS certification required within first six months of hire or promotion into the Nursing Supervisor position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Certified Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
