Nurse Practitioner – The Little Clinic

Base pay range $60.30/hr - $63.30/hr

Minimum Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience)

1 year of experience in healthcare

Active license, American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification and all necessary state credentials

Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C); or physician assistant (PA-C), where eligible

Valid driver’s license

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills

Strong computer skills

Excellent oral/written communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desired

Any experience with applicable clinical procedures

Experience with electronic health record charting systems

Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, critical care

Demonstrated leadership, coaching and influencing skills

Provide the highest quality of medical care to patients while maintaining company metrics for productivity

Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings with other health practitioners as required

Maintain a safety and quality-based healthcare environment

Ensure the clinic remains open for all scheduled hours

Collaborate with regional management in community events to promote the Clinic

Respond to regional management directives for customer experience issues

Manage clinic inventory and order supplies to maintain cost-effective operations

Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing as scheduled

Utilize company information systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies

Support mentor program as a resource and role model

Maintain clinical knowledge through ongoing education seminars related to retail and family practice

Provide coverage for regional clinics as needed

Control costs to meet budgeted profitability goals

Maintain community presence through local nursing organizations and outreach programs

Present a neat, well-groomed image in compliance with the clinic’s dress code

Perform other operational duties as assigned by regional management

Travel to designated clinics within a specified geographic area if float

Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
