Starting at $80,000+ (based on experience) Incentives:
$10,000 sign‑on bonus + $350/month student loan support
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full‑time Center Manager in Training role. This is a great opportunity for PTs with 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
You’ll treat a diverse patient population while learning to manage clinic operations, mentor staff, and drive clinical excellence. Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for our center and uphold executive decisions
Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolio
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
Graduated from an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience
Valid State Physical Therapist License (required to start)
CPR Certification
