What You’ll Do
Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and safety systems.
Perform floor care, drywall repairs, painting, and grounds upkeep.
Complete vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
Track eguments, order equipment, and manage invoices.
Respond to emergency work orders and occasional after‑hours calls. What You Bring
High school diploma/GED required.
At least 1 year of facilities maintenance experience (2+ years or technical training preferred).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
Valid driver’s license (MO Class E or Kansas Class C); ability to travel locally.

Pay: $25/hour
