Team Coordinator

Overview Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full-line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. Today we have over 250 stores in more than 25 states from Maryland to Montana. We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service. The work environment is fun, fast‑paced and offers variety in the day‑to‑day routine. We are currently seeking Team Coordinator candidates. This position will be responsible for the merchandising of specific departments and lead the store in sales for that area.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility.

Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.

Perform merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.

Qualifications

Previous retail supervisory experience.

Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics required.

Merchandising skills preferred.

Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
