Join our Physical Therapy Team at Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation, a leading neurorehabilitation program located in San Antonio, TX.
Overview We provide multidisciplinary, community‑based care to individuals recovering from neurological injuries, ranging from brain injury and spinal cord injury to stroke. Our services are delivered in clients’ homes, workplaces, and other community settings to promote independence and functional recovery.
Responsibilities
procurer? Actually proper Conduct individual assessments and develop treatment plans in real‑life environments such as home, grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and workplaces.
Co‑treat collaboratively with a rehab team that includes PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA, SW, and more.
Re‑evaluate patients regularly, attend staffing meetings and family conferences, and adjust plans as needed.
Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family members.
Coordinate care with इन other disciplines to enhance outcomes.
What you will receive
Flexible PRN schedule created by you.
No weekends, evenings, or holidays.
Hourly pay (not per visit), with drive‑time paid at your hourly clinical rate plus mileage reimbursement.
Educational programs and opportunities for growth and advancement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current, unrestricted state license (Physical Therapist).
Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification, per state regulations.
At least one year’s experience as a PT (preferred).
Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs; capable of safely transferring patients up to 100 lbs following safety procedures.
Fine motor skills, adequate visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
Flexible to perform tasks requiring pushing/pulling, bending, officieel, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and frequent positioning.
Must pass a health screen/examination prior to assignment and periodically thereafter as required by local or state regulations.
