We are looking for a Full‑time LPN to join our team at Schodack Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
This is a 40‑hour work week: Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Administer and record vaccines.
Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
Document information into patient records accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner.
Maintain timely patient flow.
Prepare patients for visits as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
Obtain specimens (e.g., urine, blood) from patients as directed by the provider.
Enter orders into the lab system accurately and promptly.
Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration, and immunizations).
Process patient prescriptions.
Discuss test results with patients per provider instructions.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $26.00 – $33.00. Eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus and other incentives such as a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
