Are you a skilled clinical leader passionate about supporting patients with complex behavioral health needs?
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, consistent, and patient-centered care delivery.
Collaborate closely with therapists, social workers, and medical providers to support individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands‑on clinical leadership — assessing risk, performing crisis interventions, and leading de‑escalation when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all treatment protocols, documentation standards, and medication administration policies.
Monitor patient progress, participate in care planning, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Active Arizona RN license (or LPN with proven supervisory experience).
3+ years of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience.
At least 1 year in a leadership or charge role.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and team‑building skills.
CPR/BLS required; crisis intervention or de‑escalation training strongly preferred.
