Position Summary The Headquarters Office Volunteer provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient daily operations of the organization. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands‑on experience in nonprofit administration and community‑based work.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Support front office operations by answering phones and greeting visitors
Help organize and maintain office records and documents
Assist with preparing materials for meetings, trainings, and events
Support climax staff with scheduling, mail distribution, and office supply organization
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Qualifications MoV Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality
