The St. James Hotel is an iconic boutique hotel that blends Victorian charm with modern conveniences. This role supports the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for china, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
Hourly pay range is $11.54–$15.07, depending on qualifications. Part‑time employees may be eligible for a 401(k) match, employee discounts, and well‑being benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
Sweep and mop all kitchen, dish areas, restaurant line, banquet areas, and walk‑ in coolers.
Wash china, silverware, and glassware using the dish machine or by hand as needed.
Clean and clear counters, shelves, and queen areas.
Clean dish area and kitchen mats.
Assist cooks with set‑up and breakdown and ensure overall cleanliness.
Monitor trash and recycling levels and remove when needed.
Wash pots and pans, scrub kettles’oct and skillets, then return them to their proper places.
Enjoy working as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Training will be provided.
