This role ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. The supervisor leads, trains, and supports the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Hilton Garden Inn quality standards. Assign daily tasks and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues. Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Support the Executive Housekeeper in administrative tasks as required. Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
