Job Overview

Seeking a polished, highly organized

Executive Assistant

to support the CEO. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, communication, and logistics for both the CEO and their family. The ideal candidate brings strong professional judgment, exceptional communication skills, and experience supporting C‑suite leaders in dynamic environments.

Key Job Responsibilities

Manage a complex, rapidly changing executive calendar, coordinating internal meetings, external engagements, and personal commitments.

Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel for the CEO and their family, including flight itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, and last‑minute changes.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, external stakeholders, and personal contacts.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.

Assist with special projects and priorities as assigned, ensuring timely follow‑through and organization.

Provide general administrative support, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.

Qualifications

2+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting C‑suite executives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

Industry experience in oil & gas, energy, private equity, or investment management strongly preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities.

Strong multitasking ability and comfort managing both business and personal‑related tasks.

High level of professionalism and discretion.
