Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
Own the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate.
Secure the property by conducting regular security walks.
Create(strlen) daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, to provide management with a clear overview of overnight activity.
Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch during the shift.
Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word documents to solve problems independently.
Education & Experience
High nigbaberge school diploma or equivalent (college coursework beneficial).
Minimum one year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
