Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines
Seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a close‑knit, family‑owned insurance agency. This role focuses on Personal Lines and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values work‑life balance and fosters a collaborative culture. As a CSR, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, handling policy changes, and addressing customer needs.
Compensation Package
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience
401(k): Roth Account
Work Environment: In‑office with hybrid flexibility as needed

Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Handle policy changes and address carrier alerts
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
Cross‑sell insurance products to existing clients
Work with standard lines carriers, including Travelers, Safeco, Mercury, Nationwide, and others
Assist with managing a book of business valued at $3 M, including accounts ranging from $1 M to $1.5 M
Qualifications / Requirements
License/Certification: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience: 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Software Skills: Familiarity with EzLynx and/or HawkSoft is preferred
Soft skills:
Strong problem‑solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer‑focused mindset
