Senior Accountant

Responsibilities
Manage core accounting functions including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and monthly reconciliations.
Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month‑end close.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies across all accounting processes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial data.
Assist with year‑end close, audit preparation, and special projects aimed at improving financial workflows and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; hospitality or multi‑unit operations experience preferred.
Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
