Administrator Vernon Terrace Primary School is looking for an experienced Administrator to work within our busy school office.
We are looking for someone with:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with ICT applications such as MS word, Excel and Google Docs
The ability to prioritise your work and support your colleagues when needed
Excellent organisational skills
Someone who works well under pressure
Someone who works effectively on their own but also as a team player
A good sense of humour
Experience of working with Arbor and FMS
Description:
As Administrator your duties would include:
Dealing with communications into school via email, telephone and on our Reception desk
Producing the school newsletter and communications with parents
Overseeing the necessary paperwork for school trips/events
Managing the school CPD spreadsheet and booking training courses
Coordinating after school clubs including communication with parents/carers, creating and updating registers for staff/club leaders
Supporting the maintenance of the schools information database (Arbor)
Working Hours:
30 hours per week
Monday and Friday 8am – 4pm (30 minutes for lunch)
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 5 hours a day, 9am – 2pm, (Hours negotiable for the right candidate)
