Shift:
11pm-7:30 am, every other weekend, and every other holiday.
The Clinical Customer Service Representative
works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors, and members of the health care team. This fast‑paced position requires professional, friendly and efficient performance of daily duties. The ideal candidate possesses the highest level of customer service skills, knowledge of information & computer systems, and the ability to work and assist with nursing staff & administrative staff to meet the needs of the unit and department in accordance with Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months in a healthcare or office setting.
Substantial interpersonal skills needed to interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, presentation and spreadsheet software preferred.
Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties.

Salary Range:
Minimum $17.99/hour – Maximum $20.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
