Dublin Country Club (DCC) in Dublin, Georgia, is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent to plan and supervise the maintenance of our 18 hole golf course and assure that it is in the finest possible playing condition at all times regardless of the season. We have TifEagle Greens and Bermuda Fairways and the course is known throughout Middle GA for its course conditioning and playability. There are also tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a beautiful clubhouse featuring excellent dining and year-round social events. Dublin Country Club is a family‑oriented private club located in the Heart of Georgia, about half the way between Atlanta and Savannah. DCC features 18 holes of golf and is open seven days per week.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Manage daily operations of the golf course maintenance team, ensuring the course is maintained to the highest standards - Pesticide Application License preferred
Develop and implement agronomic programs for turfgrass management, pest control, fertilization, and irrigation
Maintain and manage budgets for labor, materials, and equipment
Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair schedules
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
