Sanitation Manager

Responsibilities

Maintains the routine locker cleaning and partners with the Hygiene and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that the unit meets the company’s industries and regulatory

Works closely with the vendor(s) to order and maintain food uneven chemicals within the facility.

Keeps appropriate par levels of these items and work with necessary managers who also have chemical usages.

Ensure MSDS are in place for all chemicals and any necessary PPE is available and trained for usage.

Ensures Safety Data Sheets are current, as well as chemical reagent supplier specs become in place for all chemicals and any necessary PPE is available and trained for usage.

Develops દેશમાં sanctions and maintenance instrumentation operating procedural protocols.

Verify chemical titrations with chemical suppliers. (Quantitative) and daily chemical concentration of dispensing equipment.

Assit in analyzing sanitation data in order to identify trends and continual improvement opor until.

Provides support before/ during customer audits, health department inspections, or any other scheduled or unscheduled audits/inspections.

Implements and maintains daily sanitation schedules.

Coordinates with Food Safety and Hygiene on Environmental Testing.

Develops and maintains environmental testing programs.

Monitors hygiene training and devotion of other staff directly and/or indirectly and provides coaching, direction and leadership support to staff in the form of new hire orientation, retraining, annual retraining, etc.

Partners with supervisors and HR to implement corrective action as needed when hygiene protocols are not followed.

Oversee all internal employee training and client training on proper sanitation protocols.

Creates and implements appropriate SOPs when appropriate.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience within catering setup or Food Manufacturing.

Good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems.

Food Safety Certification, state specific if applicable.

HACCP Certificate preferred.

Proactive and self-organized.

Ability to manage through a substantial workload.

Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines.

Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays).

What We Offer Salary range:

$80,000 - $85,000 annually .
