Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Director of Housekeeping based in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area. The Director of Housekeeping will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff, ensureुअ guest satisfaction standards, coordinate with laundry services, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Budget management, staff training, and monitoring inventory are also key responsibilities. The role demands keen attention to detail and strong leadership to deliver excellent service quality.
Qualifications
Proven supervisory skills, including team management and staff training
Track record of achieving high levels of guest satisfaction and delivering superior customer service
Experience in laundry and.statistics management, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
Proficiency in budgeting and resource management, ensuring cost‑effective operations
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work on‑site in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred
