Base + uncapped commission. First‑year expected range:
$40K–$60K+

At Legion Logistics, we don’t hire “account managers” to babysit clients. We hire hunters. Closers. People who can take a proven system and turn it into results. You’ll be trained from the ground up. You’ll learn the freight battlefield, work the floor, and then hit the phones hard with all the tools to win. Training Includes
Freight Ops Bootcamp: Learn dispatch, lanes, truck types, and how freight actually moves. 8 Weeks Floor Time: Sit with our ops team and account managers — learn the grind firsthand. Final Phase: Full sales training with our playbook, process, and real leads. We’ll give you the
proven process.
