What You’ll Do
Go where the competitors are — college campuses, athletic events, gyms, and networking events.
Sell the Legion lifestyle — the competition, the rewards, and the culture that pushes people to win.
Own the recruiting process from first contact to first day on the sales floor.
Constantly hunt — cold outreach, social DMs, in-person networking — to keep a deep bench of future Problem Solvers ready.
Protect the culture. If they’re not hungry, competitive, or committed, they don’t make the cut.
