About the job As our Learning & Development Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people grow and succeed across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and People & Culture colleagues, you’ll design and deliver learning programmes that genuinely make a difference опци from leadership and management development to onboarding and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver learning programmes that support leadership, management, soft skills, and behavioural development.

Facilitate workshops, create practical resources, and use insight and data to target skills gaps and build capability.

Drive inclusion, engagement, and culture, influencing how learning supports performance and progression.

Source and manage third‑party providers and coordinate program delivery.

Qualifications

Solid background in Learning & Development, ideally supported by a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Proven ability to diagnose development needs and design engaging, impactful learning solutions face‑to‑face and digitally enabled.

Experience in leadership and management development, soft skills and behavioural programmes.

Track record of measuring impact through KPIs and learning insights.

Strong stakeholder relationship‑building and clear communication skills.

Fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create practical, accessible resources.

Strong understanding of apprenticeships and career development frameworks; support designing programmes to meet apprenticeship standards and progression pathways.
