Your Role As our
Assistant Dietary Manager , you will:
Support the Dietary Manager in daily operations of the department
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and service
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local dietary regulations
Help schedule, train, and supervise dietary staff
Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and food quality
Collaborate with nursing and dietary teams to meet residents’ nutritional needs
Qualifications
(CDM) preferred or willingness to obtain certification
1–2 years of experience in dietary services, preferably in long‑term care or healthcare setting
Strong communication and leadership skills
Working knowledge of sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
