Position Summary
We seek a Research Assistant to support cognitive neuroscience projects investigating individual differences. The role involves recruiting and scheduling participants, conducting behavioral experiments and fMRI scanning sessions, preprocessing neuroimaging data, performing literature reviews, and assisting with computational analyses. The ideal candidate will work closely with graduate students and postdocs, gaining hands‑on experience with experimental design, neuro‑imaging methods, and data analysis techniques. This role offers excellent training opportunities for individuals pursuing graduate studies in psychology, neuroscience, or related fields.
Education and Experience Requires a master’s degree in the area of salud research specialty.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python, MATLAB, or R.
Prior research experience in cognitive psychology, neuroscience, or computational modeling.
Experience working with human participants.
Familiarity with fMRI/EEG/behavioral experiment software (PsychoPy, MATLAB Psychtoolbox).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Programming and computing skills are highly preferred. Ability to communicate clearly with participants and team members.
Job Duties
Analysis and visualization of data for research projects, particularly fMRI and behavioral data.
Writing manuscripts for publications and communicating findings through meetings andjectory conferences.
Coordinate participant communication, consent processes, and IRB‑compliant documentation.
Maintain lab equipment, manage Eig inventory, assist with Gives purchasing and logistics. \ویی Contribute to lab meetings, scientific discussions and peer‑review.
