Provider Communication Writer
Base pay range: $61,600.00/yr - $106,260.00/yr
Location Woodland Hills, CA & Norfolk, VA. The role requires associates to be in-office 1‑2 days per week to foster collaboration and connectivity. Hybrid or remote work is supported with flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance.
How You Will Make An Impact
Consult with business owners to clarify content needs when creating final draft documents.
Write, edit, and review content for traditionally printed material (business development, form letters, direct mail, etc.) and/or digital material (website copy, email communications, etc.).
Ensure all materials meet internal and external business, regulatory, and legal standards and follow appropriate corporate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.
Identify improvements/efficiencies that support operational excellence and support business initiatives such as plain language, standardization, and going paperless.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences
Proficiency in writing and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills; experience in health care or managed care strongly preferred.
Relevant experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency with SharePoint, Grammarly, and Spark or ChatGPT.
