is seeking a full-time

Mental Health Crisis Stabilization Access Specialist

for its Northern Kentucky behavioral health outpatient office at

502 Farrell Drive, Covington, KY, 41011 . This position

requires a bachelor's degree or above in a behavioral health field of study AND current or future enrollment in a Master's degree program in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or other closely related clinical field.

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

On-site

Salary: $36,192 per year

Up to 12% annual contingency bonus

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or above in a behavioral health field of study from an accredited institution.

Currently enrolled

OR

future scheduled enrollment in a

Master's degree program

in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or other closely related clinical field.

Experience in behavioral health is a plus but not required.

JOB DUTIES

Provide clinical crisis services for intake, screening, level of care assessment, and coordination with referrals to appropriate services to behavioral health clients.

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, risk assessments, and psychosocial histories of incoming clients.

Collaborate with treatment team, including therapists/counselors, case managers, and prescribers, and participate in clients' ongoing assessment, diagnosis, and collateral treatment.

Provide clinically appropriate treatment and utilize intensiv most appropriate evidence-based practice(s) based on clients' needs.

Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record.

Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth.

Participate in supervision and case consultation conferences as necessary.
