Milwaukee, WI, US Responsibilities

Partner with Enabling Functions leaders to manage the General & Administrative (G&A) expenses budget. Provide financial insights that enable informed decision‑making, including identifying risks, opportunities, trade‑offs, and optimizing resource allocation. Lead the annual planning process, collaborating with stakeholders, Corporate G&A, FP&A and HRBP teams to budget for pay costs and discretionary expenses. Manage month‑end close and financial reporting, including ad‑hoc journal entries (e.g., accruals), financial variance explanations, and balance sheet reconciliations. Develop and maintain accurate G&A forecasts, building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timeliness and reliability. Present monthly financial results and forecasts to leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Build financial knowledge and capability among stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting requirements across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in G&A reporting. Qualifications

4‑year degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or graduate‑level Finance or Accounting designation (CPA preferred) is an asset. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using think‑cell. Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting. Experience consolidating financial data across multiple currencies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects while effectively prioritizing competing business needs. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions. High level of accountability, integrity, and follow‑through. Continuous learner who actively supports the growth and development of the team. Salary range:

$83,200.00 – $109,200.00

(posting salary range). Target short‑term incentive of 10% + average benefits spending of $23,000 per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, and paid time off (holidays, vacation days, sick days).
