Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales and conversion. Focus 개인정보 an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion and providing total solutions to every customer. Own weekly sales and merchandising activities. Act as Floor Leader, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store. Champion company initiatives, adapt to changes or responsibilities, and remain flexible to perform other duties as assigned. Remain available and support an engaging environment. Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities within the store. Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM. Peer‑coach team on the behaviors that win, deliver great customer service and yield results through role‑playing and feedback. Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Flexible with schedule based on the store’s needs. At least 1 year of experience selling retail products or services. Excited to engage with customers and understand their needs. Effective communication skills, organization and adaptability to changing business priorities. Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others. Ability to work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment Бізнес Manage conflict in a reasonable, non‑confrontational, and cooperative manner. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information. Ability to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
