Role Overview The

Strategic__/Account Manager

manages and grows market share within existing territory by focusing on large, key accounts. Responsibilities include identifying and bringing in new accounts, managing projects from initial idea to final shipment, and driving overall growth within their territory.

Compensation Base salary + quarterly bonus + commissions.

Required Skills & Abilities

2+ years’ experience in sales and account management.

Preferred experience in manufacturing, warehousing, third‑party logistics and/or material handling.

10‑20% travel is required.

Ability to work in a team atmosphere.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Outstanding analytical skills and mechanical inclination.

Flexible, assertive, stress‑tolerant, and able to handle daily changes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Establish sales objectives by creating a territory plan and sales pipeline for the assigned region.

Maintain and expand customer base by working with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Build positive relationships with key customers.
