Role Overview Ferretti Search is partnering with a growing manufacturing firm in Charlotte to hire a Sales Representative for a newly created role. This position is ideal for a motivated hunter who enjoys prospecting for new business and owning the sales process from first conversation through close in manufacturing and industrial environments.
What You Will Do
Prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach and relationship development
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close and handoff
Conduct in-person customer visits and field meetings throughout the Carolina Region and beyond
Follow up on warm leads and opportunities provided through internal sources and leadership
Help improve sales process and execution in a company with significant runway for buildout
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of outside sales or hunter-focused new business development experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals
Strong communication skills and a consultative selling approach
Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating with limited structure
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record screening
