District MOD Sales Manager – Central West District
Join KONE as a District MOD Sales Manager to lead sales and the modernization of elevators, escalators, building doors, and related services in the Central West District. You will drive an outside‑in customer service mindset, ensuring market growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Develop KONE’s position and customer base in the market.
Drive proactive engagement and solution‑selling across customer segments.
Build and maintain profitable customer relationships, loyalty and satisfaction.
Identify key decision makers, targets and influencers.
Promote KONE digital offering.
Prepare and manage District and Individual Sales Plans.
Conduct market and customer analysis to support high‑quality sales planning.
Manage pricing and offering to drive market pricing and profitability.
Gather competitor and market information from the field.
Identify cross‑selling opportunities for all KONE solutions.
Lead the sales team in consultative customer visits, CRM data quality, opportunity management and reporting.
Set sales targets and drive short‑ and long‑term results while coaching team members.
Manage performance, development and succession planning of the team.
Collaborate with the AME Modernisation team for process improvement and data analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
7+ years of technical sales and sales leadership experience, preferably in service or technical sales.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong consultative selling skills and familiarity with a value/solution methodology.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams locally and remotely.
Data‑driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, performance metrics, and smart pricing.
Motivational leader who fosters teamwork and achieves high performance.
