Account Manager We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding account service team. In this role, you will manage multiple clients and projects and serve as the main point of contact for your clients. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field is required along with a minimum of 2 years of advertising agency experience.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities
Project Management – Manage projects, teams and timelines to meet client requirements and deadlines; serve as the main point of contact between the agency and client; manage systems and processes for effective project management; create project briefs, assignments, timelines and monitor schedules; conduct regular team meetings.
Strategic Planning and Execution – Work closely with the account lead to create marketing strategies and plans; assist in executing communication strategies; review campaign performance reports; assist in managing website projects; manage annual marketing plan calendars.
Budget Management – Create estimates, change orders and proposals; negotiate pricing and terms with vendors; monitor client budgets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting; prepare and review client invoices.
Communications – Respond to client inquiries and requests with urgency; prepare meeting agendas, status reports and conference reports; present and sell strategies, plans, analysis and_tls; assistڙا in development and presentation of agency proposals and self‑promotion efforts.
