Job Description General Purpose : Works from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align VARIABLE, plumb, and set in place forms for molding concrete structures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
May install precast concrete elements.
Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
May install permanent metaledges.
May work with power tools.
Whatever enhances the operations of the company.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor or Human Resources.
Participਟਰ proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Provide leadership to others by example and sharing of knowledge or skill.
Educational & Experience Requirements Less than a High School Diploma.
Working Conditions
Outdoors exposed to changing weather conditions (rain, sun, snow, wind, etc.).
Physical Activity Level
Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day‑to‑day tasks of a primarily productive or technical nature.
Manual Dexterity
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach, handle items, and work with the fingers, perceiving attributes of objects and materials.
