Responsibilities
Prepare and process accurate invoices for our clients
Manage collections for large accounts with professionalism and persistence
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless billing and reporting
Support month-end accounting and help maintain strong cash flow
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience managing billing and collections for large or high-volume accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems
2–4 years of relevant experience preferred, with an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Pay range is $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
