PRN (Work as Needed), Nights (7pm-7am)****No Weekend Requirement!****Job Duties:**In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.**About the Unit:**The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots' new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.**Position/Opportunity Highlights:**Self-SchedulingEvery 3rd weekend rotation for NA’s and **NO WEEKEND** requirement for nursesWork 1 summer and 1 winter holiday **ONLY****Qualifications:**Current Indiana or compact state RN licenseBLS for Healthcare Provider requiredMinimum of one (1) year of previous nursing experience required to hold a PRN position**Baptist Health Floyd is a Pathway to Excellence designated organization.**We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
