Full-time (36 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm)****Benefit Eligible****No Weekend Requirement!****$$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for External Candidates Only $$****Job Duties:**In this role, the RN/LPN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.**About the Unit:**The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots' new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.**Position/Opportunity Highlights:**Self-SchedulingEvery 3rd weekend rotation for NA’s and **NO WEEKEND** requirement for nursesWork 1 summer and 1 winter holiday **ONLY****Qualifications:**Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN licenseBLS for Healthcare Provider required**Baptist Health Floyd is a Pathway to Excellence designated organization.**We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
